Richard Kondal is the Managing Director and Producer at Big Safari, where he leads the company’s creative and commercial direction. With a background in film and series storytelling, Richard brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project, working closely with creative teams and partners from development through delivery.
His producing credits include the Nick Frost thriller Get Away (2024), the Amazon period drama Boundless (2022), the reimagined romantic epic Juliet & Romeo (2025), and most recently boxing biopic Giant (2025). Across these projects, Richard has built a reputation for smart and cost-effective co-productions while championing and pushing each project’s creative vision all the way to delivery.
Alongside his role as Managing Director, Richard remains deeply involved in production, ensuring Big Safari delivers work that is both creatively ambitious and commercially effective.
Patrick Fischer has been producing and executive producing film and television since 2006. Over the past two decades, he has produced or executive produced more than 75 projects, with a particular focus on financing, structuring, and closing the commercial deals that bring film and television projects to greenlight.
His notable credits include the BAFTA-winning debut Under the Shadow, the critically acclaimed documentary McQueenabout the late fashion icon, the Netflix hit Mary, and the recent crocodile survival thriller The Bayou. Across these projects, Patrick has built a reputation for combining creative insight with strong commercial and financial expertise.
